Founded in 1997, Howard Russell Construction Ltd carries out all types of building, development and civil engineering work within the north east region.
The offices are on the Apex Business Village, Cramlington. The Apex Business Village is located six miles north of the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne near the joining of the A1 and A19 trunk roads. It is ideally located to access both east and west Tyneside (and beyond) with easy access to Newcastle International Airport. The location adjoins the A19/A189 Moor Farm roundabout.
