Howard Russell Construction has an associate Development Company Bolam Avenue Properties Limited which was established in 2003.

The company has successfully completed two developments to date, a retirement residential development at Bolam Avenue in Blyth and a mixed use residential/retail project at Manchester Street in Morpeth.

The company has planned future organic growth through the development of further sites in the North East of England.
